60-90 minutes which begins with a full medical and lifestyle history and opportunity to discuss your requirements, health and well-being concerns. Followed by an investigatory foot reflexology treatment which will shape your unique treatment plan.

45-60 minutes for those wishing to experience reflexology without committing to an in-depth treatment plan. Especially suitable for clients seeking relaxation, general wellness, and balance, rather than ….(specific symptoms).

45-60 minutes for the NEPIP treatment  which is considered the excellent for those who are experiencing a variety of symptoms related to stress and anxiety.

45-60 minutes with flexibility for each person's unique profile.  As a mum to a young man with the conditions mentioned above, I am passionate that this group of people should have access to the whatever they want and need, including reflexology, understanding and acceptance. 

45-60 minutes .  This treatment utilises my 'EFT'  Practitioner training alongside reflexology. EFT is more commonly know as 'tapping', along meridian pathways while focusing on an issue or emotion. 

Step in and out whenever it suits you. This path gives you the flexibility to tailor your reflexology without any commitment, accommodating your individual circumstances, needs, and preferences. Also known as 'pay as you go'!
