45-60 minutes for those wishing to experience reflexology without committing to an in-depth treatment plan. Especially suitable for clients seeking relaxation, general wellness, and balance, rather than ….(specific symptoms).

Auricular (Ear) reflexology

AcuPressure Facial Therapy

Indian Head Massage

70-90 minutes. 

Choose either 2 - 3  therapies 

OR 

Simply extend your foot reflexology time.

Ear seeds can be placed on specific reflex points to continue the gentle effects between appointments.

One pair of ear seeds is included with Auriculartherapy.
Please note: ear seeds should only be placed by a trained professional.

45-60 minutes .  This treatment utilises my 'EFT'  Practitioner training alongside reflexology. EFT is more commonly know as 'tapping', along meridian pathways while focusing on an issue or emotion.
