Ts &Cs:

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and hold no monetary value.

Non-transferable and resale is not permitted.

Only one voucher may be used per booking.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or loyalty discount.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the voucher.

If the voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, or used without permission, a replacement will not be issued.

The treatment provided is a holistic therapy and does not replace medical advice or care.

Voucher use is subject to therapist availability and suitability for treatment.

Confidentiality – Partial Waiver

Buyer: I may tell the receiver who bought the voucher, and if you are a client.

 I will not share any of your treatment details or attendance frequency.

Receiver: I will check directly with the receiver before disclosing whether the voucher has been redeemed. 

If the receiver does not consent, I will not be able to tell the buyer whether or when the voucher was used.
